Uponor Focuses on Growth, Hires New Learning and Organizational Development Director


In an effort to further the company’s future growth and employee development, Uponor North America (Uponor) recently hired Linda Lawrence as the new sr. director of Learning and Organizational Development. This move by the company comes after recent recognition by the Star Tribune as a Top 100 Workplace as well as receiving the 2013 Manufacturer of the Year title from the Manufacturers Alliance.



"Uponor has a very strong basis in learning and development for employees," says Lawrence. "It’s a great foundation to build on for the future growth of the company."



Lawrence is eager to continue the work that was already started as well as venture into new areas for employee development. Her strengths in talent management strategy, leadership and team effectiveness will be a great asset to develop employees internally as well as grow the business externally.
