ProPEX Auto Rotation Adapter
Making ProPEX® connections is now simpler than ever, thanks to the new ProPEX Auto Rotation Adapter. Developed by Uponor, the adapter automatically rotates the expander head on each expansion to avoid creating grooves on Wirsbo AQUAPEX® tubing and Wirsbo hePEX™ plus tubing.
Fitting easily into tight installation spaces, the lightweight ProPEX Auto Rotation Adapter expands 3/8", ½", 5/8" ¾" and 1" tubing, fits on all ProPEX Expander Tools (manual, air and batter, except for the ProPEX 200 Battery Expander Tool) and is compatible with all standard expander heads. (Note: H-heads are not compatible with the adapter.)

Uponor's exclusive ProPEX fittings make solid, permanent connections without torches, glues or gauges. The unique shape memory of Wirsbo AQUAPEX tubing and Wirsbo hePEX tubing plus forms a tight seal around the fitting, creating a strong, reliable connection.
To make a ProPEX fitting, simply slide a ProPEX Ring over the end of the tubing and use an expander tool to expand the tubing and ring. The ProPEX Auto Rotation Adapter means that you do not need to rotate the tubing after every expansion — the adapter does it for you.
